Installation Method
The installation of edge-pressure clamps and medium-pressure clamps usually requires initial positioning of the clamps and the support beam, followed by placing the photovoltaic panels, and then securing the clamps to the photovoltaic panels and the support by tightening bolts. Some edge-pressure clamps are also designed with special clamping structures, such as clamping components with claw hooks and abutments, which can be easily installed on the folded edge of the support beam and further locked in place by locking components.
Step 1: Place the solar panel on the mounting plate - the solar panel with the center clamp - tighten the bolts after placing the solar panel.
Step 2: Secure the solar panel with end clips.
Step 3: Solar panel installation completed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What materials are the solar panel clamps made of?
The middle and end clamps are manufactured using high-strength AL6005-T5 aluminum alloy and premium SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability.
Can these mounting clamps be used on different roof types?
Yes, these mounting clamps are specifically optimized for tin roof installations and are compatible with various solar panel sizes, including both framed and frameless PV modules.
What is the maximum wind speed and snow load resistance?
The solar mounting system is engineered to withstand a maximum wind speed of up to 60 m/s and a maximum snow load of 1.4 KN/m², conforming to international safety standards.
What sizing options are available for the middle and end clamps?
Standard sizes are available in heights of 30, 32, 35, 40, 45, and 50 mm. We also provide customized lengths (L=40/50/70/80 mm) in silver or black anodized finishes.
Are these solar mounting components internationally certified?
Absolutely. The mounting brackets and clamp designs comply with international structural standards, including certifications from AS1170.2, TUV, and SGS.
How does quality control work for these products?
The core manufacturing process is automated and precisely coordinated. Quality control includes closed-loop monitoring across all production steps, ensuring efficient warehousing and accurate deliveries.
